4. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, cancellations, or for any other reason, except where required by applicable law. 5. Free Trials and Promotions
We may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional plans subject to additional terms presented at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, free trials convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate when the trial ends, and the no-refund policy applies.
