How we work
- Remote-first. The team spans multiple time zones; we work asynchronously by default and meet live only when it materially helps.
- Small teams, big surface area. Everyone owns full problems end to end — from spec to ship to support.
- Members first. If a decision is good for our travellers, it usually turns out good for the business too. We test, measure, and listen.
- Craft matters. Speed without quality is a tax our members pay. We aim to ship fast and ship well.
What we look for
When we do open roles, we tend to hire for the same handful of traits across functions: judgement, ownership, taste, communication, and an appetite for hard problems. We care about what you've shipped and how you think — not where you went to school or how long your résumé is.
Stay in the loop
We don't keep a general talent pool, and we don't want anyone wasting an application on a role that doesn't exist yet. The cleanest way to hear about openings is to bookmark this page — new roles get posted here first.
