Cancelling Your Flyozo Membership: What to Know

If you are here because you are thinking about leaving, this page tells you what happens. If you are here before buying, to check that leaving is straightforward, that is a reasonable thing to check, and the answer is the same either way.
Members are free to cancel at any time. There is no minimum term to serve out, no phone call, and nothing you have to justify.
What cancelling does, and what it doesn't
Cancelling stops future charges. Any access you have already paid for continues to run its course, so you do not lose the time you bought. If you cancel partway through, alerts keep arriving until that time runs out, and then the membership lapses on its own.
One thing worth stating plainly, because it genuinely confuses people: cancelling a Flyozo membership has no effect on any flight or hotel you have booked. Flyozo is an alert service, not a booking site, an agency, or an OTA. We never sell you the ticket, never hold your travel money, and never touch the transaction β you book directly with the airline or hotel at the price they are showing. Those bookings live with them, and they are unaffected by anything that happens to your membership. If you want to change or cancel an actual flight, that is between you and the airline, and we cannot do it for you. More on where the line sits in what Flyozo is and how it works.
On pricing
You see what you'll pay before you subscribe. If your question is really about an unfamiliar line on your statement rather than about leaving, Flyozo charges on your card covers what the charge looks like and where it comes from.
If something went wrong
If you are leaving because of a specific problem, we would rather hear it than not. We have written honestly about the complaints that come up most often, and about whether the membership is worth it for the kind of traveller who does not fly much. Both are more useful than a survey.
For any questions, the team is reachable at [email protected] and responds to every inquiry, though at busy times it can be under heavy load and take a little longer.
Flyozo is a travel and lifestyle brand built by a team with decades of experience in travel, and across our brands we have tens of thousands of happy travellers. Not everyone stays, and a service that only works for people who fly regularly should say so.
In short
- You can cancel at any time; there is no minimum term.
- Future charges stop, and access continues until the time you have already paid for runs its course.
- Your existing flight and hotel bookings are unaffected.
- For any questions, [email protected] responds to every inquiry, though busy times can take a little longer.
If you want to come back later, you can subscribe again from the homepage β nothing about cancelling closes the door. And if you are reading this while deciding whether to join in the first place, our review of the service sets out the case both ways.
